Decisions for admission to St. Veronica Catholic School are based upon a child’s academic word, personal conduct, admissions testing, teacher recommendation form(s), transcripts and moral character as demonstrated by school visits.

Additional Notes:
— Children applying for the 3 year-old program must be 3 years old by September 30th. There are no exceptions to this policy.
— Children applying for the 4 year-old program must be 4 years old by September 30th. There are no exceptions to this policy.
— Our littlest Victors must be able to use the bathroom independently prior to attendance.
— St. Veronica Catholic School requires readiness screening of all incoming PreK 4 year-olds. We reserve the right to require additional readiness/assessment testing at any other grade level.
— Priority is given to registered St. Veronica Catholic families and to siblings of students already enrolled in the school.
— St. Veronica Catholic School does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion or ethnicity.

— Children applying for Kindergarten must be 5 years of age by September 30th of the year of entry. There are no exceptions to this rule.
— The Kindergarten Scholastic Information form should be forwarded to your child’s current school to be filled out by his/her teacher. The school should forward the completed form directly to St. Veronica Catholic School.
— St. Veronica Catholic School requires readiness screening of all incoming PreK, Kindergarten and First Grade students, as well as math placement screening for all incoming Middle School students. We reserve the right to require additional readiness/assessment testing at any other grade level.
— Priority is given to registered St. Veronica Catholic families and to siblings of students already enrolled in the school.

4. To complete the application process, please follow the procedures for International Student Admissions on the Diocese of Arlington’s website.

Additional Notes:
— Upon acceptance, international student families will be required to submit the PVC point buyout payment.
— The Evaluation Narrative Form should be forwarded to your child’s current school to be filled out by his/her teacher. The school should forward the completed form directly to St. Veronica Catholic School.
— St. Veronica Catholic School requires readiness screening of all incoming PreK, Kindergarten and First Grade students, as well as math placement screening for all incoming Middle School students. We reserve the right to require additional readiness/assessment testing at any other grade level.

St. Veronica Catholic School along with the Diocese of Arlington are committed to making a Catholic education affordable to families who need the assistance. We encourage all of our families to apply for tuition aid. Read more about the Diocesan Tuition Assistance Program here.

We will be using FACTS Grant & Aid again this year for financial aid assessments. Only families who complete the Tuition Assistance application via FACTS Management Company will be considered.
